Questions about headaches & cigars

I sometimes have a headache after a cigar. Is that normal?

I remember long ago, this used to happen. Never happened when I smoked a black & mild or certain cigars. After a while, I could smoke any cigar without a headache. Then It hit me, I changed my cigar schedule to once a week, building my tolerance. The nicotine in tobacco for some cigars are greater than others. That is why you have mellow (light), medium, and full (strong) cigars. It’s important to me knowing what cigar I’m smoking. Generally, if I smoke in morning, I prefer a mellow/medium strength stogie (Arnold Schwarzenegger’s term for cigar) with my coffee. I love shopping for cigars at Famous Smoke Shop in Easton PA; they tell you the strength and origin of tobacco on display. Other places like Cigar International and J&R have a strength label, but you have to go online to find the origin.
